"I can't... YET" is one of the key phrases from my workshops. If you get into the habit of being an "I can't yet" gymnast then you are focused on all the cool things you still get to learn. But... If you are an "I can't" gymnast then you are focused on all the reasons why you are hopeless. (And that's not good!) By the way, the cartoon of the girl on beam was from the book and has been copied and hung up in hundreds of gyms. (I'm totally cool with that... copyright waived so long as you include my name and the copyright symbol.)
